If the size of the jewelry doesn't fit, or worse - you don't like it and would like to return it, you can.
By law, you have 14 days from the purchase (order creation) to return it.
You can send the package by any carrier to this address:

The jewelry must have the tag attached and be in its original case with no signs of wear.
There is no need to print or fill out any form. Do not forget to include your order number and bank account number, either directly in the package or by email: infomedalabel@gmail.com
COMPLAINTS
If something is wrong with your jewelry, please inform us at infomedalabel@gmail.com.
State the defect and what solution you propose - refund / exchange for another product.
Please note that according to our terms and conditions, complaints do not cover normal wear and tear of jewelry due to wearing, i.e., wear of the gold layer, mechanical damage, fallen zircon (if this happens after 6 months), breakage of the chain/bracelet.
We will then provide you with a code for free shipping of the jewelry. We have 30 days to process the complaint.
